Independent parody
Microfuck is an independent commentary, criticism and parody website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by Microsoft Corporation.
UDRP is fact-specific
There is no website design that can guarantee immunity from a trademark complaint or UDRP proceeding. WIPO's current Overview 3.1 explains that panels consider whether criticism/parody is genuine, whether the site is misleading as to source or sponsorship, and whether the use is a pretext for commercial gain or other improper purpose.
Why the design emphasizes parody
This site uses independent branding, prominent parody labeling, a deliberately satirical name, and a clear non-affiliation notice. It does not imitate Microsoft's official site or pretend to offer Microsoft services.
Commercial activity matters
WIPO notes that commercial gain can affect the analysis. If Microfuck later adds substantial advertising, affiliate links, paid services, or other commercial activity, the legal risk analysis can change. The fact that a site is funny does not automatically make every domain use lawful.
Trademark notice
Microsoft, Windows, Office, Azure, Edge, Teams and other referenced marks belong to their respective owners. No trademark rights are claimed by Microfuck. Product names are used for commentary, criticism, humor and identification.
Privacy / registrar information
This page does not promise anonymity or confidentiality of domain-registration information. Registrar, registry, ICANN, court, law-enforcement and dispute-provider rules can affect what information is disclosed.
